Naturally Leavened and Artisanally Made Sourdough Bagels!

Sourdough is not just how it tastes, but how it’s made. Cold-proofed over several days, Doughboy’s Bagels have a nice tang that sourdough lovers enjoy so much, but with no commercial yeast.

We use whole wheat and brown sugar to bring out an earthy, sweet flavor and the long fermentation process allows gluten protein bonds to naturally form, while the sourdough yeast grows evenly, creating a nice fluffy crumb after baked, which is matched with that classic chewy crust made when boiling before baking.


These are 100% handmade from scratch (no machines or commercial yeast!) with thought and time and love; we love these so much for our own family, and we hope you will too!

Enjoy toasted with cream cheese, or whatever your heart’s desire—they will be a great compliment to any creation you make!
